What features are important to my business?

Once you've thought about your office and your team, it's time to start thinking about features.  "What have I used in the past?  What new features could help my business run more smoothly?"


Common features like the number of lines, voicemail and Caller ID are easy.  

You've undoubtedly thought through those.  But what about Intercom?  Unless your office is all in one room, chances are you could benefit from the ability to push a button and say "Bill, you've got a customer call on line 2."  Another quick two clicks and that call is ringing through to Bill's phone in a matter of seconds.
